These terms govern your use of prop-ledger.org: the research library, the free calculators, and the application available to existing account holders. By using the site you agree to them. The full, authoritative agreement is hosted with our compliance provider and linked below.

• The library: PropLedger publishes educational research on stocks, futures, commodities and prediction markets, plus open-source indicators. It is free to read without an account. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a trading signal, a solicitation, or a performance guarantee. Papers are published under the editorial standard and may be corrected or withdrawn at any time.
• Your responsibility: all trading and investment decisions are your own. Historical results, backtests and worked examples describe the past; past performance does not predict future results. Verify any figure against its cited source before relying on it.
• Indicators and code: Pine Script and other code are provided as-is, without warranty, for educational use. You are responsible for anything you run on your own accounts.
• Calculators:prop-firm rule calculators reflect each firm's published rules as of the date shown and may lag changes. The firm's own documents control.
• The application: account holders may use the trade-analytics application under these same terms. Paid plans, where they exist, are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the current period.
• Acceptable use: do not scrape the library at a rate that degrades it, republish papers without attribution and a link, or present the content as personalised advice.
